The platform provides a digital guest parking management system for residential societies, enabling residents to book visitor parking spots and societies to manage them.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Society admins must be authorized representatives of their society and provide valid proof documents.

• Residents log in using phone number and OTP.
• Society admins log in using email and password.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

• Residents book parking spots for the time slot they select and pay for that slot in advance from their wallet.
• Bookings are subject to spot availability and society rules.
• A buffer amount is held to cover potential overstay charges.

• If a guest stays beyond the booked time, overstay charges apply at the spot's hourly rate and are deducted from the wallet buffer.
• If the buffer is exhausted, the resident must settle the pending amount before making new bookings.

• All payments are made through the in-app wallet via our payment partner.
• Society earnings are credited as per the agreed revenue split. Applicable platform and payment gateway fees are deducted.

• Societies are responsible for the accuracy of spot details, pricing, and for honoring valid bookings.
• The platform is a facilitator and is not responsible for physical disputes, vehicle damage, or theft at parking spots.

You may not misuse the platform, provide false information, or attempt to bypass payments or security.

The platform is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from physical parking, society management, or factors beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
