How does the wallet work?

Top up your wallet using Razorpay. Each booking deducts the spot rate plus a buffer (held for potential overstay). Unused buffer is refunded to your wallet after the booking ends.

What happens if my guest overstays?

Overstay charges are deducted from the buffer at the spot's hourly rate. If the buffer runs out, the resident must settle the balance before booking again.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, cancellations before the start time refund both the booked amount and the buffer to your wallet. Cancellations after start time may not be refundable.

How do societies receive their earnings?

Accepted Answer

Society earnings are auto-credited to the society wallet (80% share by default). Admins can withdraw to the registered bank account from the admin panel.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use role-based access, row-level security, and never store your card details, payments go through Razorpay.
